Why personal coaching?
Half of our personality is dependent upon our personal nature, i.e. on our genotype, while the other half is conditional upon one’s phenotype, in other words, education and environment, how we were brought up. Are we then half the sum of others? This is partially true, but essentially we have our own essential nature which is marked by the weight of the past.
When we decide to undergo personal change, we must listen to ourselves and recognize our desires and needs. It is a good idea to make a list and implement changes gradually so that we do not get lost or create even more confusion. It is important to always keep our eyes on the goal and to keep setting new goals.
Behavior patterns and modes of thought which have led us through life cannot be changed overnight, that is why we must go through a personal transformation which becomes the beginning of a process of self-discovery, allowing one to reveal solutions, personal freedom and independence from one’s past.
